The location is super convenient, really close to the train station and bus stop, so getting around was easy. My room was recently upgraded and had this cute outdoor patio that was perfect for chilling. The decoration is all cute, gave me those nice venetian vibes. The staff were very friendly, especially Yulia at the front desk, she. Plus, the wi-fi was pretty fast and reliable!
The bed was kinda hard, made me wake up with some shoulder pain. The breakfast options were a bit basic and could use more variety.

Beautiful location, not far from the station. Staff is friendly. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, cheaper and tastier than in the centre.
Bad soundproofing.

We had a cracking time! Location's spot on, near the train station, real easy to get about. The staff were lovely, made us feel right at home. Just a shame the shower could be a bit dodgy with the water pooling on the floor.

Good location including a bus stop walk from the place. In the very atmospheric area with cafes and eateries short walk from the hotel...

Simple but good quality hotel giving good value for money in what can be a very expensive resort. Location is excellent, being close to main bus and rail station but not too far from centre and with some good bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Rooms are small but this is to be expected in accommodation at this price level in Venice.

When I am in Venice, I like staying here. The place is clean and chic! It has very pleasant personnel from the different receptionists as well as the other staff who were helpful when required. The location is in a particularly good spot to the cruise ships. The great onsite bar serves cold drinks.

Lovely location near attractions and transport.
The bathroom had pooling water, frustrating. The room cleanliness was disappointing, especially with dust and debris around.

The staff were friendly, and very helpful, as well as speaking great English (helpful if your italian isnt good!) The room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day. The breakfasts were fantastic too! Could not have wanted a better hotel! The location is superb for access from marco polo airport and a great base for exploring venice.

Very pleasant reception; helpfull staff.
We had a room on the ground floor where there are people passing by directly at your window. Sometimes noisy. Rooms at upper floors should not have this problem.

Staying in the heart of San Polo with my family and aunt was fantastic. We loved exploring Venice by boat, visiting the charming La Fenice Opera House, and taking in the fine architecture all around. The freshly renovated room was a nice touch!
My wife says that a better breakfast option would be great.

In a quiet area, well served by eating places. Has a pleasant appearance and decor.
Our room was a little too small. There was no fruit for breakfast.

I loved the atmosphere, the service was great! It really made you feel at home. The front desk staff helped us with all sorts of questions. There were also wonderful resturants right in that area and good walking access to many sites!
Sewer smell from the bathroom once or twice, but that is more a problem of having plumbing in a water submerged city.
